  1. Updated Protocol July 5th, 2026: The SubQ dosing guide has been revised to use a 1500 mg vial reconstituted with 6.0 mL of bacteriostatic water. The previous 3.0 mL dilution produced a highly concentrated solution that could be difficult to draw and inject comfortably. The updated 6.0 mL reconstitution provides a less concentrated solution that is generally better suited for subcutaneous administration, with all dosing units and conversion charts adjusted accordingly.
